• Outside Dhaka: BDT 300 delivery charge per item; ready-stock orders typically arrive within 3–5 days. A 10% advance plus the delivery charge is required.
• Multiple or corporate orders inside Dhaka: 50% advance payment is required.
• EMI surcharge: 5% for 3 months, 7% for 6 months, 9% for 9 months and 11% for 12 months.

Warranty

Courier charges apply for customers outside Dhaka, and any repaired item must be collected or return delivery arranged by the customer. Home service may be available in selected areas where feasible, with a service charge.

Returns and exchanges

If the chair is correct and fault-free but you change your mind, it must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking charge based on the amount paid and a BDT 500 return-shipping charge apply. These change-of-mind charges do not apply when Neva confirms that the item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
