Furniture for the way you work, made with care in Dhaka

Neva Furniture began its journey in 2025 with a clear purpose: to make comfortable, well-designed workspace furniture and genuine ergonomic products accessible at fair, competitive prices. We serve people creating their first home office, professionals upgrading a daily workstation, and businesses furnishing a whole team.

Our approach starts with practical questions. How does a chair fit the person using it? Does the desk suit the available space? What materials, adjustments and warranty are included? We want customers to understand those details before they buy, and to know who to contact when they need help afterwards.

Our story: from a new business to our own assembly centre

Since starting in 2025, we have developed our own 1,500 sq ft chair assembly centre in Shahzadpur, Dhaka. This facility is an important part of how Neva works. We manage the assembly of our own chair range directly, giving us a closer connection to the components, seat construction and finished products we supply.

We import chair parts from China and carry out local seat work, including work on curved seats, foam fabrication and final chair assembly at our own centre. Bringing these stages together helps our team coordinate the build and understand the products when customers return for servicing or replacement parts.

Our in-house assembly capability also gives us a practical foundation for developing the Neva range. We can work with the components and seating details ourselves, learn from customer feedback and carry that experience into future products.

Led by industry experience

Neva Furniture is led by Arif Hossain, a workspace-furniture industry professional with more than five years of experience. That experience informs our product selection, assembly work and approach to customer support. Our aim is to explain furniture clearly, recommend options that suit the intended use and make the purchasing process straightforward.

Our own range and genuine international brands

Our collection brings together Neva furniture assembled locally and imported branded products. We are a reseller of brands including Steelcase, Merryfair, Bestuhl, Haworth, Rainbow and Autonomous, and our range also includes FlexiSpot standing desks and ergonomic chairs.

The origin and assembly arrangement depend on the product. Our locally assembled chairs, fully imported chairs and imported standing-desk frames each have their own specifications and warranty terms. For FlexiSpot desks, Neva also offers locally crafted tabletop options. Please check the particular model and configuration you are choosing; availability varies by product.

Visit our Mohakhali showroom

Our showroom is at 1/6, Amtoli, Mohakhali–Gulshan Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can discuss your workspace, compare available models and get help choosing a chair, desk or furniture configuration. For a particular model, contact us before visiting to confirm that a display unit is available.

The Mohakhali showroom is our customer-facing location. Our Shahzadpur assembly centre supports assembly operations. Please arrange any assembly-centre visit or service drop-off with our team in advance.

Furniture for businesses and growing teams

We also handle corporate furniture orders for offices, startups and organisations. Tell us the number of workstations, room dimensions, intended use and preferred budget. We can help you compare suitable products, discuss sizes and finishes, and prepare a quotation for the agreed configuration.

Corporate purchases can include a formal quotation, invoice and delivery challan. Lead times, assembly arrangements, advance payments and warranty coverage are confirmed for the products and quantities in the order, so the details are clear before work begins.

Support that continues after delivery

Furniture is an everyday purchase, so after-sales support matters. We publish model-specific specifications, warranty coverage and exclusions, along with delivery and payment information. If an issue occurs, our team can review the details, explain the next steps and arrange the support covered by the product’s terms.

Our long-term direction is to bring useful technology into furniture and make everyday spaces more practical. We are building towards that through our product selection, local assembly capability and the experience we gain from serving customers in Bangladesh.
