Warranty duration: By model: selected Tulip and Tex chairs 6 months; many Neva chairs 1 year; selected imported chairs 2 years; FlexiSpot chairs 5 years.

Warranty coverage: Selected imported chairs cover the mechanism, gas lift, base and castors. Neva-assembled models with a full-chair warranty include parts replacement during their stated period. Report manufacturing faults within 24 hours. Product-specific terms take priority.

Warranty exclusions: Armrests and headrests are excluded where specified by the product warranty. User-caused damage and rough use are excluded. Full-chair coverage follows the individual product terms.
