Ordering, delivery and after-sales support

Order directly on our website, or send your name, delivery address, mobile number and product details to Neva on WhatsApp or Messenger so our team can place the order for you.

Delivery inside Dhaka: 2–3 days for ready stock; product-specific estimates take priority.

Delivery outside Dhaka: 3–5 days for ready stock; product-specific availability and estimates take priority.

Delivery charge: Free home delivery inside Dhaka; BDT 300 per item outside Dhaka.

Assembly and installation: Free assembly inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, instructions and video-call support are available; requirements depend on the product.

Advance payment: Inside Dhaka, no advance is required for an eligible single item up to BDT 30,000; multiple-item and corporate orders require 50% advance. Outside Dhaka, 10% advance plus shipping is required. Product-specific terms take priority.

Warranty duration: By model: selected Tulip and Tex chairs 6 months; many Neva chairs 1 year; selected imported chairs 2 years; FlexiSpot chairs 5 years.

Warranty coverage: Selected imported chairs cover the mechanism, gas lift, base and castors. Neva-assembled models with a full-chair warranty include parts replacement during their stated period. Report manufacturing faults within 24 hours. Product-specific terms take priority.

Warranty exclusions: Armrests and headrests are excluded where specified by the product warranty. User-caused damage and rough use are excluded. Full-chair coverage follows the individual product terms.

Returns and exchanges: Notify Neva within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund, and retain the original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping cost. Out-of-stock lead time: Contact Neva for an estimated lead time based on the current shipment and product availability. We will confirm the expected timeline before you proceed.

Yes. Neva issues formal quotations, invoices and delivery challans for corporate and institutional purchases.

Does the chair come assembled?

Assembly requirements vary by model. Some chairs arrive assembled, while others require simple final assembly. Neva provides free assembly inside Dhaka where required; outside Dhaka, support is provided through instructions and video calls.

What weight can the chair support?

The listed chair capacities range from 80 to 130 kg, depending on the model. Use the capacity shown on the individual product page when choosing your chair.

Mesh or fabric: which should I choose?

A mesh back allows airflow, while a fabric-covered padded seat offers a cushioned sitting surface. Mesh seats and fabric seats feel different, so the best choice depends on your comfort preference. Try the options at our showroom if possible.

Can I replace the gas lift or wheels later?

Yes. Neva can help with replacement gas lifts and wheels. Parts and service are chargeable after the applicable warranty period.

How soon can a chair be delivered?

Ready-stock chairs generally take 2–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka. Contact support to discuss an urgent delivery and confirm availability.
